Refund policy

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with our products! If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hola@guaiamadre.com and we will make sure you receive a replacement.

We will receive items shipped back to us within a 30-day period from the time of purchase and will be happy to issue a store credit for any items returned unopened. Please keep in mind the store credit will not be issued if the return has not been requested to us prior to the shipping of the product, so make sure you let us know before you return your unopened item.
